Mayank Shrimukh

Mayank Shrimukh is the Founder of Perennial Associates, a multi-family office built on the principles of discipline, research, and continuity of wealth across generations.

Having achieved financial independence early in his career, Mayank developed a deep conviction in creating long-term wealth structures that are resilient, tax-efficient, and aligned with each family’s unique objectives. His philosophy is rooted in combining evidence-based investing with a client-first advisory approach — helping families grow, preserve, and transfer wealth with clarity and purpose.

Before founding Perennial Associates, Mayank held leadership roles in Corporate Development and Investment Strategy, where he worked closely with founders, investors, and boards on capital allocation, fundraising, and new business initiatives. He has also served as a Board Advisor for the Asset Allocation Committee for multi-family offices, providing oversight on investment decisions and multi-asset portfolio construction. Mayank has also worked on deal value aggregating USD 2 Bn+ during his stint at Big 4s - EY and Deloitte
